What is the Bible?

Is it a rule book?  Is it mere guidelines to good living?  Is it nothing more than an ancient piece of literature?

Or could it be that the Bible is a story?  A story of God and his creation?  And if this is the case, what can we learn about God and about ourselves as we explore the stories of God and his creation?

At LFC, we are spending the first few months of 2013 exploring the stories of God and his creation by working through the Bible story by story.  As we do this, we always ask, "what can we learn about ourselves and our journey with God?"

So, make plans to come and be a part of the story - which is really your story.
Sometimes in life, we have to try to fly when all our life we have been told that we cannot fly.

What is it that you are wanting to do with your life but have been told that you cannot do?

Who are you going to believe?

God believes in you.  Believe in yourself.  You can do whatever it is that God calls you to do.  You can be whatever God calls you to be.
